By creating an account or using the TryEz website (tryez.ai) or the embedded try-on widget, you agree to these terms.

What you can do
- Use TryEz to render virtual try-ons of clothing on photos you have the right to use.
- Embed our widget on stores you operate, subject to your plan’s usage limits.
- Cancel any time. No long-term commitment.
What you can’t do
- Upload photos of people who haven’t consented to having their image used.
- Use TryEz to generate non-clothing imagery, deepfakes, or sexual content.
- Resell our renders as your own model output.
- Try to extract or reverse-engineer our model weights.
- Hammer the API in ways designed to circumvent rate limits.

Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your password secure. Tell us if you suspect someone else has accessed your account. If you sign in with Google, the security of that Google account is on you.
Pricing and billing
Free tier limits are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly. We’ll give you 30 days’ notice before any price increase. Refunds for unused time on a paid plan are at our discretion but generally yes if you ask within 14 days.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but we don’t promise zero downtime. We are early-stage. If we have a major outage we’ll tell you and credit any affected paid tier.
Liability
TryEz is provided as-is. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service beyond the amount you paid us in the prior month. Some jurisdictions don’t allow that limitation, in which case it doesn’t apply to you.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we’ll email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
